Seyhun Hepdogan serves as Head of Machine Learning and Model Governance at Atlanticus Holdings. He leads enterprise-wide efforts to design, implement, and oversee advanced machine learning solutions, ensuring compliance, fairness, and transparency across credit risk, marketing, and customer engagement strategies. His work focuses on building scalable ML and AI frameworks, strengthening model governance, and driving innovation in predictive analytics while maintaining regulatory standards.

Prior to Atlanticus, Seyhun held leadership roles in analytics and model risk management at Fifth Third Bank, Discover Financial Services, and Santander Holdings USA. His experience spans stress testing, pricing, fraud, AML, operational risk, retail and commercial credit risk. Seyhun earned his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
