Sandeep Singh has over 20 years of experience, primarily in the wholesale banking and financial services sector, with focus on firms’ financial resource management strategy in changing regulatory landscape, stress testing, planning and resource allocation and optimization. He is a Managing Director and currently serves as Deputy Treasurer, Americas at Barclays. In his capacity, he oversees critical treasury functions and capital management initiatives across the region. His leadership has been instrumental in supporting Barclays’ regional strategy, maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Barclays, Sandeep held a variety of roles in Treasury, Strategic Planning & Analysis, Regulatory Capital Reporting and Controllers’ functions at JP Morgan. Sandeep holds an MBA in Finance from IBS, Hyderabad (India). He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce with honors from University of Delhi and a Diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI University, India.
