Alison Li is an Executive Audit Director at First Citizens Bank since September 2022. She led her team to drive transformational changes with strategic re-design of critical audit programs for key risk areas including capital, liquidity, market risk and model risk and oversees the execution of risk-based audit activities. Prior to First Citizens Bank, Alison was an Audit Director at Truist Financial Corp, where she designed and directed the audit team to execute the Horizontal Capital Audit Program. Before that, Alison served as a Senior Examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and participated in the execution of important key supervisory programs for capital, liquidity, market risk and model risk across the LISCC and LBO firms. Alison has a B.S. in Finance from Nankai University and earned an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, and is based in Charlotte, NC.
