
Alessia Falsarone
Independent Director, Generale CeFPro Advisory Board Member
Alessia Falsarone is a non-executive director at OpenCorporates Ltd, the world’s largest
provider of legal entity verification data. She also serves on the boards of European insurer
Generali and Innovate UK Loans Ltd, the UK Government’s technology innovation agency.
Her most recent work focuses on strategic oversight of new technologies, their financial use
cases, and operating models.
With nearly three decades of leadership experience, Alessia has led direct investment and
risk oversight functions at major financial institutions, including AIG, Citigroup, and
Credit Suisse, working across the US, Europe, and Asia. She is adjunct faculty at the
University of Chicago, a fellow of the Aspen Institute, and a member of Arthur D. Little’s
expert network. An award-winning author, Ms. Falsarone holds degrees from Stanford
University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Bocconi University in Italy.
